Direct Debit

One of the easiest ways for members to settle their house account balance is via Direct Debit.

Members can set up a recurring direct debit to automatically settle their house account on a monthly basis – taking the hassle out of the monthly account reconciliation and payments.

To do so, click through to the My Accounts page and click on Make A Payment. Then follow the screen prompts, ensuring that you select both Is Default Account and Use For Recurring Payment. For detailed instructions, please contact the friendly office team.

Additionally, members can also choose to pay their annual subscriptions via Direct Debit, which is debited in four quarterly payments – in July, October, January and April.

To set up a quarterly payment of your annual subscriptions via Direct Debit, you must download and complete the service agreement form HERE and return it to the office.

Note that members who choose to pay their subscriptions by instalments remain liable for the full subscription. If you resign from the club in the year in which you have elected to pay your subscription by instalments, you remain liable to pay the balance of the outstanding subscription for that year.
