Marcus Hakkinen

“My passion is golf and I take a tailored approach to each student, ensuring that they get the same enjoyment that I do, in their continued improvement. Whether it be seeing the raw beginner hit that first well struck shot, or watching the advanced player shooting their career best score,  this is what makes my role all the worth while.  I do not believe that there is ‘one way’ of playing this game and this is becoming more evident with the players we are seeing come through today.

As a teacher, I strive to bring out what the individual does naturally and then nurture that talent into helping them be an accomplished golfer. We all have a Golfing journey and I have always ensured that I understand the ‘why’ in the Golf Swing. I believe it is so important that I help all my students understand their own swing in order to progress to the very best of their ability.

I have worked with and alongside many of Australia’s top coaches and players, including; of Matt Cleverdon, Euan Walters, Steve Bann, Andrew Rice, and Steve Giuliano, which have helped my own game and developed my own style of coaching as well.

I am available most days for individual lessons and have developed different types of packages that can be tailored to your specific needs. Weekly clinics that are on offer subject to availability. I am also happy to discuss any other golfing needs to understand how I can best assist.”

John Wade
