Commonwealth Golf Club celebrates its Centenary year in 2020, and we look forward to celebrating this incredible milestone of 100 years of the Club with all our members.

Life member, Heather Scales, Convenor of the Centenary Working Group says the team “has been regularly meeting over the last twelve months and our primary aim has been to organise a program of events spread throughout the 2020 year that will have something for everyone.”

During the year there will be a range of golf and social events for members to partake in, including a Pro Am, Centenary Cup and Ladies High Tea. Preparations are also underway to produce a Centenary book commemorating the Club’s history and key members. Celebrations will culminate in a Grand Ball to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in late November 2020.
